Basin Wide Transportation and Transshipment System (BWTTS) has been developed by all the interest holders in the offshore Newfoundland and Labrador oil production projects to schedule and transport their crude oil from offshore to Newfoundland Transshipment Limited facilities or other discharge ports.
It is a long-term, cost-efficient transportation and transshipment approach that is scalable for changes in production from existing projects and supports the introduction of new parties and projects in offshore Newfoundland and Labrador.
