Current Lessees

In May 2020, BAF entered a lease with DF Barnes which included their existing lease of the drydock for the Henry Goodrich coldstack. The lease also included the Module Hall, General Shops & Engineer Offices, Fabrication Yard Quay & Pier, Deepwater Site Laydown, Deepwater Site Quayside, and South Quay.

Since signing the lease, DF Barnes has also executed the coldstack of the West Aquarius for Seadrill Canada and has set up an offhire base for Maersk supply shops.

In 2020, DF Barnes executed a quayside services contract for the Terra Nova FPSO for their client Suncor. There was more than 200 personnel working at the BAF Site executing numerous repair, inspection and maintenance scopes during this project. The FPSO departed the Site in December 2021.

This lease expires in March 2022.
