2020 License Round NL01-SN

Located 300 kms south-southwest of St. John’s, the 2020 License round will occur over the NL01-SN sector, which will be divided into parcels by the C-NLOPB in early 2020. The sector lies in the central portion of the South Newfoundland region and covers an area of approximately 21,700 square kilometers. Water depths range from 100 to 3,500 metres within the sector.

Multiple vintages of seismic data exist over this region, with more recent 2D acquisitions available as as multiclient data.

A publically released resource assessment for the region is expected in early Q3 of 2020.
